The Butterfly pea flower has seen huge popularity in the last few years, not least for the vibrant indigo hue that it lends the brews it is steeped in. But the benefits of this plant from South-East Asia go far beyond pleasing the eye, having been a staple of Ayurvedic medicine for centuries to enhance cognitive function and packed with antioxidants. The pea flower is complemented by mint and lemongrass in our tea master’s special blend.
